Effect: Anjin marks the target. The target remains marked until he uses this power against another target. If he marks other creatures using other powers, the target is still marked. A creature can be subject to only one mark at a time. A new mark supersedes a mark that was already in place.

If Anjin's marked target makes an attack that doesn't include Anjin as a target, it takes a -2 penalty to attack rolls. If that attack hits and the marked target is within 10 squares of Anjin he can use an immediate interrupt after the target's entire attack is resolved to teleport the target to any open space adjacent to him, in addition the target grants combat advantage to all creatures until the end of his next turn.

Swordbond
By spending 1 hour of meditation with a chosen light or heavy blade, Anjin forges a special bond with the weapon. As a standard action, Anjin can call his bonded weapon to his hand from up to 10 squares away.

Anjin can forge a bond with a different blade using the same meditation process. If Anjin forges a bond with a different blade, the old bond dissipates.

If Anjin's bonded weapon is broken or damaged, he can spend 1 hour of meditation to recreate the weapon from a fragment (this process automatically destroys any other fragments of the weapon in existence, so it can't be used to create multiple copies of a broken weapon).
Swordmage Aegis - Aegis of Ensnarement
Anjin has the Aegis of Ensnarement at-will power (see the powers section above for information on this power).
Swordmage Warding
While Anjin is conscious he gains a +1 bonus to AC while he is wielding a light or heavy blade. If his off-hand is empty, the bonus increases to +3.

With the death of his mentor The Venarible Eladrin Swordmage Alaldin Red Leaf, Anjin has been cut loose from his squires obligations and his contract of junior guard as a Caravan Scout for House Orien. Disturbed by his Masters Death and fearing for his own safety Anjin has fled from the caravan routes of Aundair taking only a few necesities and his masters journal filled with a lifetime of Swordmage techniques and secrets. With time Anjin feels he may still grow to be as great a Master of his craft as his Mentor.
