Warlock's Curse (Minor; at-will)
Effect: Darklin can place a Warlock's Curse on the enemy nearest him that he can see. A cursed enemy is more vulnerable to his attacks. If he hits a cursed enemy with an attack, he deals extra damage. He can decide whether to apply the extra damage after making the damage roll. He can deal this extra damage once per round, so if he has dealt Warlock's Curse damage since the start of his turn, he cannot deal it again until the start of his next turn. A Warlock's Curse remains in effect until the end of the encounter or until the cursed enemy is defeated. He can place a Warlock's Curse on multiple targets over the course of an encounter; each curse requires the use of a minor action. He can't place a Warlock's Curse on a creature that is already affected by his or another character's Warlock's Curse.
Aegis of Assault (Minor; at-will) ✦ Arcane, Teleportation
Range: Close burst 2. Target: One creature in burst. Effect: Darklin marks the target. The target remains marked until Darklin uses this power against another target. If Darklin marks other creatures using other powers, the target is still marked. A creature can only be subject to only one mark at a time. A new mark supersedes a mark that was already in place. If the marked target makes an attack that doesn't include Darklin as a target, it takes a -2 penalty to its attack rolls. If that attack hits and the marked target is within 10 squares of Darklin, he can use an immediate reaction to teleport to a square adjacent to the target and make a melee basic attack against it. If no unoccupied space exists adjacent to the target, Darklin can't use this immediate reaction.
Booming Blade (Standard; at-will) ✦ Arcane, Thunder, Weapon
Target: One Creature. +10 vs. AC. 1d10+8 damage and if the target is adjacent to Darklin at the start of its next turn and moves away during that turn, it takes 1d6+4 Thunder damage.
Dwarven Resilience (Minor; encounter)
Effect: Darklin can use his second wind.
Clarion Call (Standard; encounter) ✦ Arcane, Implement, Thunder
Range: Close Blast 3. Target: Each creature in blast. +8 vs. Fortitude. 3d4+8 thunder damage and the target is deafened until the end of Darklin's turn. Vestige Pact: Darklin gains 3 temporary hit points for each target he hits. Temporary hit points gained in this way are cumulative.
Ethereal Stride (Move; encounter) ✦ Arcane
Effect: Darklin can teleport 3 squares, and he gains a +2 bonus to all defenses until the end of his next turn.
Dimensional Vortex (Immediate Interrupt; encounter) ✦ Arcane, Implement, Teleportation
Range: 10. Target: The triggering enemy. Trigger: An enemy hits an ally with a melee attack. +7 vs. Will. Effect: Darklin teleports the target 5 squares. The target then makes its melee attack against a creature of Darklin's choice. If no creatures are within range of the target, the attack is expended.
Armor of Agathys (Standard; daily) ✦ Arcane, Cold
Effect: Darklin gains 14 temporary hit points. Until the end of the encounter, an enemy that starts its turn adjacent to him takes 1d6+4 cold damage.
